Unveiling My Blog's common logo designed by Tech Geek GP

Whenever I need help regarding any programming, photoshopping, or any technical, technological assistance I have a dedicated tech geeks always ready to help me out. Hari Balan, Raja Guru, Guruprasath, Muthu selvan, Santhosh VR and Thilakesh are those tech geeks I’m talking about. I always count on them for any help on various queries about coding, AdSense, analytics, Photoshop editing etc., and their response is immediate.

I’m happy to unveil my blog’s common DP, designed by hardcore coder Guruprasath, conceptualized by Raja Guru based on the theme that I’ve coined. It’s really an appreciable work done by my friends as they found time for my work in between their hectic engineering studies and loads of projects they’re working on. Though it's very late that I’m posting it now. But this notable work should be posted for sure, that's why I'm posting it.

Especially this work of designing the logo for my blog was done within 2 days and we’d just discussed for less than 20 mins to design such thing. My coder friend GP, tried various styles and finally ended up with this above logo. I’m really surprised to see this simple yet attractive logo for my page prepared immediately.

To talk about my friends they’re exceptionally doing well and have good command in various coding languages like C, C++, java, python, HTML, CSS and also creative in expressing their skills on various softwares too.

Why I want to write about my hometown ?

Many people out there already knows about this great city, Still I want to post about my hometown which is really special for me and I'm really proud about it.

Thanjavur is really a special place with many historic significant in and around it's territory. It's was the Capital city during "The great Chola Period". It's also known as "The Granary of Thamizh Nadu". The Cholas were the greatest rulers during their period and provided many importance to arts and architectures. They're known for their special knowledge building temples as per the AGAMA SHASTRA: The math for building temples. And one of the best also awestruck example of temples are The Brihadeeswara Temple. It's one of the famous shaivite temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Located at the heart of the city and to specially mention 1008 years olden temple.  This temple itself is an amazing and world famous architecture built without any technological help during the period of Chola King Raja Raja Cholan built in 1010 A.D and has big story and interesting facts with it. This is one of the important tourist attraction spot of Thanjavur. I would come up with a dedicated post for this Big Temple.

Thanjavur is also the specialised centre for art and culture as many prominent artist raised up from this very special city. Thanjavur painting(Chola Paintings) and Thanjavur dolls(Bobblehead dolls) are highlights of art. Agriculture is the main occupation of people here.

This city has more history which is amazing and interesting in it.  I would come up with many posts which would tell you, readers about the specialities of Thanjavur, important places and temples to visit, food points and other aspects.

Introduction to East Gaterr

Dear worldwide readers,
Iam Raghuram SK, From Thanjavur, ThamizhNaadu, India.

As Today's People(to be specific "Indians") is totally adapting what the westerners follows or insist us to follow or adapt 'from dress to food, total lifestyle and everything'.We Indians are tolerant that we simply adapt to western style without any question or thought about the consequences of any deeds. We've to wake up from the bad sleep of westerner's influence.

My main motive to write blogs is to spread a word how our India  was strong even before this current technological advancement and also to express my thoughts on various topics from the below different genres.

I'm new here to write about various topics on different genres which are running in my mind like:

• Food
• Philosophy
• Culture and Traditional practices
• Temples
• History
• Social evils

I just want to justify about the blog name that's its a high time to see back our own history and reprint the world book with the advantages of being an eastern habitant. Another hidden meaning of East Gaterr is that my locality where I live in Thanjavur is East Gate, so this sums up the justification of my blog name.

I'll expand the areas and write about various topics which are to be explored later. I'll also write about my own experiences which i want to cherish.
