Water is one of the precious gift from Mother Nature. The value of water is something that we can’t calculate. We can’t compare it to that of something which is easily available to find its value.
Water is also a primary need of all human beings as well as for other living organisms in this huge world. We, being human, are able to think and decide to have everything hale and hearty, which in turn urged human beings to invent and manufacture “The Mineral Water”. The mineral water we consume every day for drinking, undergoes a lot of processing which somehow lightly disturbs the nature of the real water.
RO is another method of purifying water which for 1 liter wastes the same amount or twice the principal amount of water. We generally don’t care about the outlet water that comes out from the RO, which sums up that a hug amount of water is being wasted that goes into the drainage and mixes up with the sewage daily, which is ultimately useless.
We use natural mineral water in our home. We further purify the water, making it more mineral rich. Our home made mineral water tastes like the temple’s ‘Theertham’, often my friends and people who drink our house’s water say so. My Mom is the genius brain behind the further purification of water who makes it taste like the ‘Temple’s Theertham’.
And I’m here with the recipe of our homemade mineral water.
With all these ingredients, you only need a copper pot and a mud pot. Generally drinking water kept in the copper pot is good for health. My mom keeps the water for a day in copper pot and transfer it to the mud pot for chillness which has no harm for us.
The Numbers in the bracket are used to refer the ingredients in order to map the ingredients' list.
After filtering it from the copper pot, transfer it to the mud pot.
Take a small piece of clean cloth and to make a bundle with the following ingredient and let it be in the mud pot as you can drink from the mud pot.
